- What does upload allowance mean?
- You pay for what you upload in a year, not for what sits in storage. Weddings you have already delivered never use up next year's allowance.
- What happens to galleries if I stop paying?
- They stay online for your couples for at least 12 months after your membership ends, and never less than 3 years from when each gallery was created. We email you 60 and 14 days before anything is taken down, and renewing any plan, pack or top-up before then keeps everything. While you're a member, galleries and files are kept for life.
- How long are files kept?
- For as long as you're a member: every original in three copies, one of them locked so it can't be deleted. After 12 months an original's live copy is retired to save cost; it stays in the locked and vault copies, and films and photos keep playing as before.
- How long can my clients watch?
- Your clients can stream and download for three years: original files for the first 12 months, then films in 1080p and photos in web size. A quiet note in the gallery shows the date, so nobody misses it.
- Can I pay monthly?
- Yes. Monthly billing costs 20% more than yearly and adds a twelfth of the yearly allowance each month.
- How do I pay?
- By card, Instant EFT and more through PayFast. Payments are processed in South African rand; outside South Africa your bank converts at its own rate.
